How Delivery Works on BARO

We hear you  and we promise local pickup and drop-off is coming soon. 

Until then, here’s how getting (and returning) your rental works today.

1. USPS Priority, Every Time

All rentals ship via USPS Priority 2-Day. Fast, reliable, and stress-free. Every order comes with a box and a shipping label so you don’t need to hunt down supplies.

2. Your Label Lives in the App

The label is right in your Orders Hub with a handy QR code. Just scan it at USPS—no printing required. Prefer paper? You’ll also get a confirmation email from hello@trybaro.com with a printable label option.

3. Timing Is Everything

We recommend choosing a shipping date a couple of days before your event. It’s the best way to make sure your look arrives on time.

4. Returning Is Easy

On your return date, just pop the dress back in the same box, attach the label, and drop it at USPS. That’s it. (eek so sorry but you will be charged a fee so please return on time)
